About Me
Orlando Gili is a London based award-winning portrait and documentary photographer, creating direct and beautiful images, often with a playful sense of humour. Orlando is drawn to rich complimentary colours, and a clean pared back aesthetic, using the camera to bring order to a disorganised world. Gili’s personal work explores recurring themes - the different ways people come together socially, celebrating eccentricity and individual self-expression, and giving attention to often lessor photographed subjects. Underpinning all his work is a belief, that deep down we are all the same.
