About Me
Biko Julian Voigts is a director working between technical precision, sweeping beauty, and character-driven performance. His Lidl film Pizza Passione won gold at the German Commercial Awards, London's 1.4-Awards, Spotlight, as well as the ANDY Awards New York. His short Boys Club took Spotlight Gold for Social Impact.
He grew up in Berlin, Schöneberg, with deep roots in his city and a multicultural upbringing across Germany and South Africa. Authentic culture sits at the centre of his work: he directs modern stories and identities with love, dignity and pride, by treating advertising as one of the strongest tools we have for shaping how we see the world.
Playful and performance-led, his camera moves with intent, always in service of the connection between an audience and a brand. Whether through tears or laughter, the aim stays the same: to connect as humans.
